I ordered items on the app and It didn't even let me put my address for delivery, I went to pick my order and it was a terrible experience, my order wasn't ready for me to pick,the person handling the app was absent, they had to call,and they said I had to go pick my orders ? Basically physical shopping and they didn't even have most of the things I ordered, why is your app not in sync with the physical shop? Terrible experience, the two stars was just for the employee being really helpful.

My God😂. I almost couldn't even register. And after registering, I couldn't set my address for delivery. to click anything, it takes 3s for any action to take effect. there is a skip button that doesn't work on ANY page during the registration. Just a useless piece of UI. Had to close the app several times to even get the most basic things to work. let's not even talk about selecting products. After 3 years, and the app is still this horrible. chai

Bad experience I have place my order, to set my address has become a problem, we didn't find this location, try searching for another location. this is crazy, if you're having issues with that kindly allow manual detail address or if you don't have riders yet don't let us look like a fool. this experience is so bad. kindly work on it please 🙏.
